Sour Cream Chili Bake

kidney or chili beans
drained

corn
(or used 2 cups of frozen corn)

tomato sauce

15 oz
Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
or substitute salsa
1
packet
taco seasoning mix
1

shredded cheddar cheese
or Mexican blend cheese

corn chips
1 ⅓

sour cream
2-3
green onions
chopped
Instructions
Cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned and onion tender; drain.
Stir in beans, corn, tomato sauce, taco seasoning mix, Rotel or salsa, and 1/4 cup (per recipe) cheese.
Sprinkle 1/2 the corn chips in bottom of 9" x 13" baking dish.
Cover with the chili mix, and a layer of cheese.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 min.
After the initial bake, spread sour cream over the top of the chili and top with another layer of corn chips, and then diced green onions.
Bake 3-4 minutes longer.
