Pasta e Fagioli Soup from Olive Garden

15 oz, with liquid

great northern beans
15 oz, with liquid

tomato sauce

V8 juice

white vinegar

salt

oregano

tsp
basil

tsp
pepper

tsp
thyme

lb
ditali pasta
salad macaroni
Instructions
Brown ground beef and drain fat.
Add onion, celery, carrots, garlic and sauté for 10 minutes.
Add all ingredients except for pasta and simmer for 1 hour.
Cook pasta and add to soup. Simmer for 5-10 minutes more.
Optional: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
