Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing

Instructions
Place chicken breasts in crockpot bottom and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme
Whisk cream of chicken soup with chicken broth until smooth, then pour over chicken
Combine stuffing mix, celery, and onion in separate bowl
Spread stuffing mixture evenly over chicken and soup layer, pressing gently
Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours until chicken is tender
Shred chicken with forks and mix with stuffing before serving
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired
