Ingredients
- 1 dozen egg whites
- 3 c sugar
- 1 ½ tsp vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
- whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Beat egg whites to form peaks.
- Add 1 c sugar.
- Add vinegar and vanilla.
- Add remaining sugar.
- Bake at 275° 1 hour.
- Top with whipped cream.
