Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- â…“ tsp cream of tartar
- â…“ c water
- Optional: vanilla
Instructions
- Cook the ingredients to soft ball stage in a saucepan.
- Pour the hot ingredients into 2 beaten egg whites (stiff peaks) and beat until well blended.
