Albondigas Soup

We really like this soup! We use the albondigas that are sold at Smart and Final.

Sugar Cookies

Ah….the traditional frosted Christmas cookies. Of course this recipe doesn’t have to be used for just Christmas. How about Halloween? Valentine’s Day? Jam Cake

This is a cake made from wheat flour, sour milk, and strawberry jam.

Giblet Gravy

This is the gravy that we have been serving at Thanksgiving for all of my life.

Potato and Ham Casserole

This potato and ham casserole also has peas, celery, onions, and cheese.
